We are often asked. Can you estimate the cost to build my project?

Our response is ...

How much rust does your project have? and to what degree? 5 spots or 100?
How many parts need replacing 5 or 100 ?
How many hours will it take to locate and purchase each part?
Will the parts be New Old Stock (NOS), used,or aftermarket?
How worn are they? Even NOS parts often have shelf wear that needs to be addressed.
If aftermarket parts are available, most do not fit right out of the box and need work to make fit correctly.
How many hour will be spent fixing what was made incorrectly?

As you can see we do not possess the information to make an accurate estimation on your project so we will not attempt to. Beware of any shop that will quote something to get the job, then dismantle it and then tell the customer the " good news and the bad news ". We will not tell you that your project is in great condition until we can see all the different layers. The original paint may look " good " to the owner, but that doesn't mean we can just use that as a good foundation. It may be like lipstick on a pig. What is underneath is of more importance to us.

The greatest value comes from our honest team of experienced people combined with a facility stocked with quality equipment to make any project move efficiently to completion.

Labor Price Estimates

We take on new projects on a labor and materials basis only. Because of the many different factors involved in the restoration and/or customization of various vehicles we have found in most cases it unfair to you, the customer, and to us to try and estimate a dollar amount based on unknown variables. It becomes almost impossible to estimate time and labor early in the process. We simply do not provide estimates at any phase of the build. However, we always seek our client's approval as their project is being built.
